Trikshana Tech Private Limited (“Trikshana Tech”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who use the Incento mobile application (“Incento”, “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect your Personal Data in connection with the Services. By accessing or using the Incento App, you accept this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

This policy applies to Clients, Agents/sub-contractors and any other Users of the App.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal information you provide when registering or using the App, data we automatically collect through your use of the App and data we obtain from third parties or partners in connection with you. It does not cover information collected by third parties through independent websites or services not operated by us.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and protection of your Personal Data as disclosed by you to us is a key commitment for us. During your usage of our platform, we may collect and generate various data points about you as elaborated below.

We are governed by applicable law in India including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 to maintain the privacy of your Personal Data. We collect and process your Personal Data only to the extent necessary for us to process your requirements in accordance with applicable law. If you choose not to share Personal Data required for the Services, we may not be able to carry out your transaction.

  • Assignment details such as project specifications, tasks undertaken and status updates
  • Communications between Users and us, including support requests and messages

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

  • Device information including device ID, OS version, mobile network and IP address
  • Usage data including pages/features accessed, clicks, time spent and error logs
  • Location data, where permitted, to facilitate assignment matching and field work
  • Payment and transaction history including amounts, dates and status

2.3 Data from Third Parties

  • Payment gateways or financial institutions for processing payments
  • Verification and KYC partners
  • Public or social media sources, if such accounts are linked to the App
  • Analytics providers

3. Sharing and Storage of your Personal Data

Any Personal Data that we have access to shall never be shared without your consent. In various processes, submissions and service availment flows, we may seek your explicit consent to use or share your Personal Data. In our business and operational processes, we share data on a partial and need-to-know basis to designated personnel, partners or service providers.

We may process, store and retain your Personal Data on our servers and/or on the servers of third parties having contractual relationships with us. All Sensitive Personal Data is stored in India. We retain data while you continue to be our customer and for such period as required to comply with any obligation under law.

We may share your data with competent legal, statutory, regulatory or governmental authorities and with partners or service providers acting on our behalf where required to enable the products or services availed by you, on a need-to-know basis and subject to applicable laws, or where directed or required under a legally obligated request.

When you make purchases through our services, we may collect and store information to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including your phone number, address, email, billing information and payment preferences. This information may be shared with third parties that assist in processing and fulfilling your requests, including PCI-compliant payment gateway processors, and for providing you with products or services, in accordance with your instructions and appropriate confidentiality and security requirements.

4. Usage of Your Personal Data

We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Services, including matching Clients and Agents, facilitating assignments and executing payments
  • To verify your identity and eligibility, including KYC and compliance
  • To communicate with you, including updates, notifications and support
  • To monitor and improve our Services through analytics and product development
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud, abuse or unlawful activity
  • To comply with legal obligations such as tax and regulatory reporting
  • For marketing, with your consent, such as promotions and surveys

5. Purging of your Personal Data

You may choose to delete your account at any point by making such choice on the mobile application. We will then no longer provide your data for external processing as described above. However, we retain your Personal Data as long as the purpose for its usage exists and thereafter dispose of it, except for retention required under applicable law.

Various laws require transaction logs to be stored for longer periods after the deletion of an account. Further, if any legal or regulatory proceeding is pending or any legal or regulatory direction requires it, we may retain your Personal Data for longer periods.

6. Disclosure of Data

We may disclose your Personal Data to other Users where necessary to facilitate an assignment, to service providers and third parties such as payment processors, KYC or verification partners and analytics providers who are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations, to law enforcement, regulators or courts as required by law or to protect rights, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, subject to confidentiality protections.

Our website may contain links to other websites that are not maintained by us. This Privacy Policy applies only to us. You are requested to read the privacy policies of other websites when visiting them.

8. Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures

We have implemented reasonable technical, organisational and administrative safeguards to protect your Personal Data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. This includes:

This Privacy Policy applies uniformly to Trikshana Tech Private Limited's desktop website, mobile site and mobile applications. Trikshana Tech Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy and post changes on this page. Please review this page periodically to remain informed.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
